Attention is given to helping you address injury concerns, postural corrections and understand where exercises are working and why. You’ll feel empowered in your own body.

Pilates for Mums – with Kids Hangout

  • Express your interest in Pilates for Mums. $15 per person per class (series of 8 classes) and a minimum of 5 people can allow this course to run. Why not get your mothers group/family/friends on board? Kids are welcome to draw, craft and hang-out.

Corporate Pilates

  • Express your interest in corporate Pilates. You’ll work your muscles in the workplace to improve posture, reduce back pain and counter the effects of sitting or standing all day.
