MARTIAL ARTS  –  Miranda Mitchell is a registered teacher with 20 years’ experience in training and instructing martial arts, having earnt black-belt ranking or beyond in multiple styles, representing at a local, state, national and international level.

She specializes in:

  • Anderson Bushi Kai (Freestyle Karate) – 4th Degree Black Belt, Dai Renshi – currently registered with ABK
  • Muay Thai- 3rd Degree Black Belt (Red Logo), Kru– currently registered with ABK
  • ITF Taekwon-Do – 1st Degree Black Belt (Thoroughbred Dojang, formally at Toowoomba Grammar School branch) – currently registered with United ITF
  • Krav Maga
  • Martial arts for kids, women and beginners of all ages.

PERSONAL TRAINING & GROUP FITNESS – After over 10 years as an educator in Queensland high schools, Miranda Mitchell studied, certified and registered with Fitness Australia as a Personal Trainer (Cert III and IV in Fitness) – Level 2 Professional.

YOGA, MEDIATION & MASSAGE – Yoga is something Miranda took up over the last few years to de-stress and strengthen her martial arts skills, but it’s become something so much more … hence leaving full-time classroom teaching and seeking to share the experience and benefits with others. Miranda is fully certified as a Certificate IV Yoga Teacher. She has over 1200 hours of formal training behind her already, well beyond the 200 hour minimum or standard 350 or 500 hours.

  • Pre and Postnatal Yoga and Mums n Bubs (100 hours) – Bliss Baby Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga (109 hours – soon to be 209), -Bliss Baby Yoga and YIMI

  • Kids Yoga (38 hours, soon to be 100) – Being Yoga and Yoga Palette
