Participants are in safe hands with Miranda Mitchell, a registered teacher, personal trainer and yoga teacher with 20 years’ experience in martial arts and senior rankings in a range of martial arts disciplines, over 1350 hours of yoga teacher training, and regularly teaching 5-7 hours of yoga weekly since her first training in 2014.
